Reflection

This course has given me a lot of understanding on proper pathways to successful communication and awareness during communication which can be used in any interpersonal activity, professional or personal. I’ve learned of proper ways to effectively communicate my point, to effective listen and consider the points of others, and how to effectively de-escalate a situation or solve problems. Beyond this I have also learned the practical work skill of team-building and team roles to streamline success and positively achieve a mutually satisfying conclusion.
